The Temple Owls track and field team is the track and field program that represents Temple University. The Owls compete in NCAA Division I as a member of the American Athletic Conference. The team is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at the Temple Sports Complex. [2] The program is coached by Eric Mobley (men) and Elvis Forde (women). [3]

The arena was renamed in 2000 for Temple University President, Peter J. Liacouras. It is part of a $107 million, four-building complex along North Broad Street on the Temple University campus in North Philadelphia.
