Merging the acquisitions into The Daily Facts-Review, Southern Newspapers later changed the name to Brazosport Facts. [2] It eventually became the largest daily newspaper for the entire area. In August 1976, the Facts moved its headquarters from Freeport to neighboring Clute, Texas where it remains today.

Brazosport is an unincorporated community in Brazoria County, Texas, United States. [1] According to the Handbook of Texas , the community had a population of 61,198 in 2000. It is located within the Greater Houston metropolitan area.
U.S. News & World Report routinely names St. Luke's as one of its “Best Hospitals in Texas”. In 2021 where it was ranked number three in Texas and number two in Houston. St. Luke's is nationally ranked in five specialties and designated high performing in two additional specialties, as well as in 13 procedures and conditions. [4]
Circa 1999 the newspaper reduced its publishing schedule to two days per week, Wednesday and Saturday. [3] In 2004 the Angleton Times had 1,100 subscribers; that year the Brazosport Facts had an Angleton circulation of 4,000, and there were 730 people/entities who/which subscribed to both newspapers.
