Here is what I did: - Caseta plug-in lamp dimmer plugged into one of the outlets. - Set this dimmer to switch mode (no dimming) - see Caseta Advanced Installation Guide for details. - Plugged a 5V DC power adapter I had laying around into the dimmer. - Connected the output of the DC adapter to the input of a relay.
There isn't a Caseta dimmer that can directly dim fluorescent lights. If you use one of our (Lutron's) 3-wire fluorescent ballasts, you can use the Caseta PD-10NXD- (color) dimmer and have it control the PHPM-3F-DV-WH interface to control the ballast. Tu Wire ballast, 2 T8 4' fluorescent fixture.
639. Neither the PD-6WCL dimmer, nor the PD-5WS-DV switch will work on 220Vac. Neither of these are CE certified. Also, the Caseta bridge doesn't work on the RF frequency that we use in Europe. Location. The Smart Bridge needs to know your latitude/longitude to set sunrise and sunset events. The Lutron app for Caseta Wireless will send your phone s location during setup. Make sure you have allowed location services and they are enabled when setting this on the Time & Location screen. Q: The light on my Smart Bridge is flashing.
