Nancy Crow. Nancy Morrison Crow (born 1943) is an American art quilter and fiber artist. [1] She is one of the leading figures in the development of the art quilting movement of the 1970s and 1980s, and is also known for her development of certain techniques to allow more spontaneity and expression.
