Spring Side is a historic residence located just outside of Bellevue, Iowa, United States. The house was influenced by the Gothic Revival "cottage" popularized by A.J. Davis and A.J. Downing. [2] It is sited on a hillside overlooking a valley and the Mississippi River. The property is the source for three springs, hence its name from 1867.

Potter's Mill is a tavern and bed and breakfast establishment located in Bellevue, Iowa.The structure was formerly a gristmill, being the oldest in the state of Iowa, and as such it has earned national recognition.
It is also one of seven extant courthouse buildings in the Greek Revival style in the state. This building was a victim of the county seat rivalry that moved the Jackson County seat between Bellevue (1838–48), Andrew (1848-51), Bellevue again (1851–61), Andrew once more (1861-73), finally ending up in Maquoketa in 1873.
