Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife is a governmental agency that maintains the wildlife conservation areas in the province. KwaZulu-Natal is home to some of the most popular game reserves and national parks in Africa.
Tembe Elephant Park is a 30 012 ha game reserve in Maputaland, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. It is adjacent to Ndumo Game Reserve. The park was developed by Tembe Tribal Authority and Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife. It was established in 1983 to protect elephants which used to migrate between Maputaland and southern Mozambique.
Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife This 5,000-ha protected area is administered by Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife and covers an area of typical inland KwaZulu-Natal acacia savanna with occasional thickets. The reserve offers extensive game-viewing facilities, guided walks, environmental education, and three picnic sites.
Hluhluwe–Imfolozi Park, formerly Hluhluwe–Umfolozi Game Reserve, is the oldest proclaimed nature reserve in Africa. It consists of 960 km² (96,000 ha) of hilly topography 280 kilometres (170 mi) north of Durban in central KwaZulu-Natal , South Africa and is known for its rich wildlife and conservation efforts. [ 2 ]

Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife uMkhuze Game Reserve (also spelt Mkhuze or Mkuze ) is a 40,000-hectare (400 km 2 ; 150 sq mi) game reserve in northern Zululand , KwaZulu-Natal , South Africa. [ 1 ] It was proclaimed a protected area on 15 February 1912.
