Miami-Dade County Public Schools is the fourth largest school system in the United States with over 392 schools, 345,000 students and over 40,000 employees. [ citation needed ] Schools
In the 2008–2009 school year, 12th-grade students located within the boundaries of the school who used to be zoned to Miami Springs Senior High School were zoned to Reagan/Doral, making this the first year that the school had all four grade levels (9-12). Reagan/Doral's first graduating class was the class of 2009.

Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS) is the public school district serving Miami-Dade County in the U.S. state of Florida.Founded in 1885, it is the largest school district in Florida, the largest in the Southeastern United States, and the third-largest [4] in the United States [5] with a student enrollment of 356,589 as of August 30, 2021.
The school also offers a Pre-Advanced Placement program for selected middle school students. In the 2016–2017 school year, an International Baccalaureate (IB) program was added to the school's curriculum. Doral Academy Charter is a school with an independently managed academic organization, approved and monitored by the local school board.

The Florida High School Athletic Association was founded on April 9, 1920, by a group of 29 high school principals which met on the University of Florida campus in Gainesville. The organization was founded as the Florida High School Athletic Association. The name was changed to Florida High School Activities Association in 1951.
