Craig Russell Yeast II (born May 8, 1999) is an American professional football safety for the Houston Texans of the National Football League (NFL). He has previously played in the National Football League (NFL) for the Los Angeles Rams and Carolina Panthers. He played college football at Louisville and Kansas State.
The Kansas State High School Activities Association (KSHSAA) is the organization which oversees interscholastic competition in the U.S. state of Kansas at the high-school level. It oversees both athletic and non-athletic competition, and sponsors championships in several sports and activities.
He was later a graduate assistant at Kansas State in 2006. In 2007, he took a position at Northern Iowa as the linebackers coach, and in 2008 he was elevated to co-defensive coordinator. His defense finished the 2008 season tied for third in the FCS in takeaways (40) and ninth in scoring defense (17.7 points per game).
In Kansas’ 2024 recruiting class, Peterson also played a pivotal role in a talented trio from one high school in the state of Arizona all signing with the Jayhawks.

His first year was as a graduate assistant; the next two years he was the strength and conditioning coach. Toub then spent nine years as the strength and conditioning coach at the University of Missouri; also coaching offensive line from 1989 to 1991 was Andy Reid. He is the younger brother of Bob Stoops , the former head coach of the Oklahoma Sooners football program, and the older brother of Mark Stoops , head coach of the Kentucky Wildcats football program.
