3 guys 1 hammer was the pinnacle of gore videos back years ago for me. After watching that I slowed down watching them for shock value because not much aside from animal abuse and rape can top that. The ISIS videos come close sometimes, but there's something nastier involved with these 3 people doing that to some innocent man.
