Avengers Academy is a Marvel Comics comic book series that debuted in June 2010 as part of the "Heroic Age", and concluded after thirty-nine issues in November 2012.The series was written by Christos Gage, with artwork by Mike McKone and tells the story of a group of young super-powered persons who were selected to join a training academy for the super-hero team, the Avengers.

Avengers logo. The Avengers are the central team of protagonist superheroes of "The Infinity Saga" within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Created by Nick Fury and led primarily by Steve Rogers / Captain America, the team is a United States–based organization composed mainly of enhanced individuals committed to the world's protection from threats.
They originally appeared as a group in the alternate-universe story What If #9 (June 1978) [6] and then reappeared in Avengers Forever (1998–2000 miniseries), in which they and their reality were destroyed. The limited series Agents of Atlas #1–6 (Oct. 2006 – March 2007) was set in the present day and likewise set in mainstream continuity.
