1) Clear out all entries on the amazon PRIME web-site. 2) Turn off TV for 1-2 minutes. 3) Turn on, and then hold pwr button down for 30 secs. 4) Go to setting and RESET your network settings. 5) Connect to a different network (you might need to use your phone temporately to generate a network) 6) Start the Amazon app.
Projectors & Other TVs. This works for me: From the TV menu, from Amazon Prime item, instead of pressing select to be hung on for ever, press the down button to select "Remove", then Turn off the TV. All other services working normally as was Amazon Prime on ipad and laptop. Fixed by shutting down TV unpluging for 30 Seconds, rebooting the internet router, then restarting the TV. This action would have cleared out all the cached network information, ip address, routes and session certificates etc. Has only happened once so far.

This morning I attempted to load Prime. Prime attempted to log on--quickly flashed and then would not respond to my attempts to reload. I reset the Smart Hub and reinstalled the Prime app. No change. The TV did not show as a device on my Prime account. So I disconnected my WIFI.

I have the same problem with my Samsung Q9FN TV. The Prime Video freezes everytime whenever I access Prime Video and click on any title. The only way to get around this problem is to do a cold-boot of my TV each time. With all the other apps (i.e Netflix and others) I'm using Prime Video is the only one that I have problem with (freezing).
