Plympton Academy (formerly, The Ridgeway School and, before that, Plympton County Secondary School) is a state secondary school in Plympton, Plymouth, England. It is a mixed, non-denominational academy school. In 2022, it joined the Thinking Schools Academy Trust (TSAT) to become part of a multi-academy trust (MAT).
Named for Silver Lake, which borders the four towns which belonged to the district for most of its history – Plympton, Halifax, Pembroke and Kingston - and which is situated near the campus, Silver Lake Regional High School opened on September 19, 1955, attended by students from the towns of Pembroke, Kingston, Plympton, Halifax and Carver in southeastern Massachusetts.
Plympton operates the Dennett Elementary School for students from kindergarten through sixth grade. Both the Silver Lake Regional Middle School and the Silver Lake Regional High School are located in neighboring Kingston. The Plympton High Old Scholars Football Club was formed in 1971 and based at Myer Oval (later to be known as N. S. Bull Memorial Oval), behind the former Plympton High School. In 1994 the club relocated to Camden Oval as part of a merger with the remnants of the former Camden Football Club to become PHOS Camden.
