    I received my Yahoo email notice last night, which was the last email I got through my MS Outlook. Cox and Yahoo have totally cut off my access to email through Outlook. I followed the Yahoo online instructions to transition my Cox email to Yahoo email and it failed. I use SMTP and my changes match exactly the Yahoo instructions.

    Webmail (Enhanced): I get directed to my Cox Account page as if I'd signed in to www.cox.com directly. If I click on either of the email links (i.e. 'Cox Email' at the top or 'View Cox Email' in the Internet section) it just reloads the page.

    Delete the old Cox account under Settings -> Mail. Add a new account. Select Yahoo! It will ask you to sign in - use your old Cox email address as your username: jdoe@cox.net and then click next. It will then ask for your password - use the new password you created when you transitioned to Yahoo and then click next.

    The site said I would get a instruction link by email for setting up a new P/W. No email received yesterday or today! Logged in on my PC and could not get to my account. Called tonight and after waiting 30+ minutes was told they had a problem sending emails through Cox.net, but they "were working on it." Sounds like a Cox Problem to me.

    How often do you log into the Cox server? received a second email . If you change your password in your account, Cox will send an activity notice of said change. If you're aware of your change, great, ignore the email. If you just arbitrarily receive the email and are not aware of any change, something is wrong. Take action.

    I haven't noticed problems with anything else. I'd also suggest clearing cookies/cache as well as deleting any old bookmarks/favorites you're using and try navigating to webmail or using https://bit.ly/2KGQrFC to see if that helps. i've seen it a few times recently, i wait a few minutes & retry.
