13. Posted February 21, 2016. I'm looking for a good purple for my keyboard and i can't seem to make or find one for myself. I have the scimitar RGB and (#6e00a5) seems to be the color i want, but when i try it on my keyboard it looks darker. So i was wondering if anyone knew of any good looking purples that they could share with me?

You can check by setting a pure blue 0/0/255 static color and see if it goes out. Just to make sure this isn’t some software mishap, swap fan 1 with any other on the RGB controller. A dead led should travel with the fan. If the “new” fan 1 suddenly does the same thing, then we need to look for another cause.

DubSteve68. Hi All. I recently picked up a 32GB kit of Vengeance PRO RGB DDR4 3000C15 as reviews said they were pretty much the best in town as far as RGB quality goes. There is so much to like about these and the config options are great but unfortunately the RGB colour consistency on my kit is very poor.
So, I have multiple Corsair RGB products to simplify my life with ICue and everything worked fine for 3 weeks (my setup is 3 weeks old) til yesterday. This issue then extended to a 3rd one, and now I have up to 6 fans with uncontrollable RGB. I say "up to", because sometimes it's just the 2 from the beginning and sometimes it's all 6. One of the fans is a brand new one, so I don't think the fans are at fault. I tried changing the RGB Hub, the Node Pro, and the Commander Pro.
I am trying to set my ST100 RGB to a colour shift type effect - shifting from a blue to a violet or purple hue. The base lighting is working fine. However the top LED is only really showing the violet or purples hues. The blue looks to not be lighting up or illuminating - if it is even working. The other colours seem to be working fine.
