First part of your question check on https://promotions.t-mobile.com for the rebate status. Yes (insider should apply within 2 billing cycles) You can add additional lines without losing the insider code (insider will stay on the lifetime of the account) I’d wait tell the rebate is completed then switch to the $10 plan.
"Get $200 to spend at T-Mobile via virtual prepaid Mastercard® when you switch from select carriers to a new voice line on Go5G Plus or Go5G Next." Also the $250 Costco rebate card can only be used at T-Mobile or Costco, I didn't notice but that started a month ago. And now it's a Visa because you can't use Mastercard at Costco:
Enter tracking number or mobile number and zip code. Click Check Status. Highlight the appropriate offer and click View to see the approved submission. Select Log in and then login using the mobile number associated with rebate and T-Mobile ID, see T-Mobile ID: Self-Service for questions related to setting up your T-Mobile ID. Select Redeem.
The Costco rebates are automatic. The rebate department and customer care by in large do not understand or care to learn about the Costco program For any rebate you typically have 30 days to submit. If you have any issues or don’t see the rebate show up on the promotions tmobile website then courteously ask your local Costco mobile experts ...
T-mobile Sam's Club port in rebate cards. About a month ago we switched to T-mobile at our local Sam's Club. During that switch we has 3 lines receive a port in rebate of $200. We haven't received them yet, it says 6 to 8 weeks before receiving them. It is my understanding thar they can only be used at T-mobile.
Regardless I don't give a flying shit what T-mobile does. If they offer people $50 or $100 for a rebate and then they make it impossible to redeem they need to be held accountable and that is all that I did my friend.
The T-Mobile rep gave me two options: 1) Take a $75 credit, not the full $150, on my T-Mobile line; or 2) Go to Costco and see what they'll do for me because it supposedly wasn't a T-Mobile promotion, it's a Costco promotion. Nice customer service, T-Mobile. Oh, and I'm still waiting to get my $250 visa gift card, too. I HATE the rebate process.
Doubt you can add a prepaid card to it. Walmart offers a service where they will unload card balances for you as cash. There’s a fee associated with this but it’s not that much. When the Note 8 was BoGo we got 4 and unloaded the rebates as cash, then paid on the EIPs since T-Mobile kept rejecting their own cards...
T-Force agent says give it 3 business days. today 7 days later still no success same issues. T-Force agent refers me to Rebates and promotions team & gives me their phone #. F that. I say been ridiculous hard & I don't waste my time on overseas agents or any phone calls. Request rebate be applied to my next Bill.
