Hi, @januaryjane - the hypnagogic hallucinations you are describing sound challenging, especially with the time they are occurring expanding. I can understand your desire to connect with others who are also experiencing these. I also appreciate @johnbishop 's pointing to some resources about this type of hallucination.
Hi, ive probably had sleep problems most of my life. This year started to experience heavy Hypnagogic hallucinations. Ive been through two sleep studies, the first maybe 10 years ago, the most recent 4 or 5 years. They found nothing remarkable. Im just a bit confused of these symptoms.

It’s possible that you experienced some hallucinations perhaps due to the treatment combined with sleep paralysis. I would speak with the doctor and let them know what you’re going through, they may have something for you to ease these symptoms. My son, an adult, has auditory hallucinations and has had musical ear, where he described it as a radio station and could say what he wanted to hear and would hear his requested song, etc. He has not mentioned that in almost 3yrs, but hears voices 24/7. He constantly talks back to these voices.
