Vistula Historic District is a designated historic district in the city of Toledo, Ohio, USA, listed on the National Register of Historic Places.The district comprises Toledo's oldest extant neighborhood and encompasses an area roughly bounded by Champlain, Summit, Walnut and Magnolia streets.
Greensburg was laid out in 1828. [1] The community was named after Gardner Green, a Connecticut Land Company agent. [2] A variant name was Inland. [3] A post office called Inland was established in 1838, and the name was changed to Greensburg in 1922. [4]

In 1926, Bishop James Hartley purchased a house and 77 acres of land which had formerly belonged to Martha Green Deshler, [1] daughter of the prominent Columbus businessman John G. Deshler who owned the Deshler Hotel and financed the building of the Wyandotte Building, the first skyscraper in Columbus.
