The 2008 Canadian Grand Prix (formally the Formula 1 Grand Prix du Canada 2008) [2] was a Formula One motor race held on 8 June 2008 at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It was the 7th race of the 2008 Formula One season. The 70-lap race was won by Robert Kubica for the BMW Sauber team after starting from second position.
