Salter-Battle Hunting and Fishing Lodge, also known as Portsmouth Hunting and Fishing Club, is a historic hunting lodge located on Sheep Island near Ocracoke, Carteret County, North Carolina. It was built about 1945, and is a simple one-story, side-gable, frame building set on concrete piers. A gable-front, screened porch was added about 1948.

A peak with a small lake enclosed near the summit, standing 2 nautical miles (3.7 km; 2.3 mi) northeast of Saunders Mountain and 0.5 nautical miles (0.93 km; 0.58 mi) south of Mount Stancliff. Discovered in November 1934 by a sledging party of the ByrdAE (1933-35) and so named because of the skua gull rookery found there. [7]
