Guam Premier Outlets or GPO (formerly known as Guam Shopping Center and Guam Premium Outlets) (Japanese:グアムプレミアアウトレット) (Korean: 괌 프리미어 아울렛) (Russian: Премьер-министр Гуама), located along GH-14, is an enclosed outlet mall located in Tamuning, Guam.
Located at the intersection of Guam highways 1 and 16, it is the largest shopping center in the United States territory of Guam with over 100 stores and restaurants. The four anchor stores are Ross Dress for Less , two 149,377 sq ft (13,877.6 m 2 ) Macy's stores, which are the only Macy's west of Hawaii , and a 24-hour Payless Supermarket.
In 1988 Amfac was acquired in a leveraged-buyout by JMB Realty Corp., a Chicago real estate investment company, under whose ownership Liberty House expanded to Micronesia Mall in Guam in 1994. In 1998 Liberty House filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy, under which it closed most of its resort store business, which had totaled over 40 stores at one point.
