Wikipedia has categories of articles; for example, "Phrases". Adding the wikitext [[Category:Phrases]] to an article will add that article to the category "Phrases". (This will not create any visible addition to the body text of the article.) If you instead want to create a visible link to a category, add a colon in front of the word "Category".

By default, there is no link to edit the lead section of a page, so the entire page must be edited. Lead section editing can be enabled through Preferences → Gadgets → Appearance → Add an [edit] link for the lead section of a page. You can also click "[edit]" at another section and manually change section=n in the url to section=0.

For each table, insert an alpha-prefix on each column (making each row-token "|-" to sort as column zero, like prefix "Row124col00"), then sort into a new file, and then de-prefix the column entries. Again, bear in mind, the tedious hand-editing of items in each row is often faster than the potential delay of automated edits gone awry.
