V380 Version I have had for years these well in the 720P version and this is an updated 1080P. They may now have QR code to set up but if not they can take a while to set up Sometimes you can do it in 2 minutes.
After assy. and driver / software loading, I reboot only to have a promt come up stating: "Can't find Key Pro" -- and then Multi-cam stops its start-up. I had a simular incident in past, and just reloaded software and drivers, and never saw it again until now; I have reloaded twice, and would like to know if anyone knows whats going on...

I am using IP Cam Viewer Pro v1.8.3 for iOS on my iPhone 4. I have a Samsung SDE-120N DVR, which is supposedly compatible with this application. However, any time I try to add a camera from the DVR, it returns "Error: Could not retrieve data." The port configuration is all set up correctly, and verified.
One of the cameras flickers/flashes at night when the ir is active. The strange thing to me is that the problem completely stops when there is motion present. I do not have motion alarming active on this camera. I have so far tried to correct the issue by restarting the camera. Also tried unplugging all other cameras and even changed power ...
If not, try reversing the 485 and also re-seat the wire in the 485 hookups on the back of the dvr. As long as you are absolutely certain everything matches in the camera and dvr settings, than it's the 485. Either try switching the wire around, try a new wire completely, and try re-seating it in the dvr connection block.
