Shouldn't this be in jyutping considering this is a pretty Cantonese-exclusive scoring system (Hong Kong Mahjong scoring rules). I mean, if these were Chinese scoring rules, I can see why we would have pinyin (and maybe jyutping), but these rules are from Hong Kong.
