Hollywood Pantages Theatre, formerly known as RKO Pantages Theatre and Fox-Pantages Theatre, also known as The Pantages, is a live theater and former movie theater located at 6233 Hollywood Boulevard, near Hollywood and Vine, in the Hollywood neighborhood of Los Angeles, California.
Circle X was founded in 1996 by seven artists and to date has produced 27 plays in the Los Angeles area. [2] Circle X's current artistic director is Jen Kays. Circle X is part of the Los Angeles 99-Seat Equity Waiver theatre community, a group of theatres that may employ members of the Actors' Equity Association without paying them union wages.
Theatre 68 [5] is the home to the Los Angeles chapter of the 68 Cent Crew Theatre Company, [6] founded on February 14, 2001 by Ronnie Marmo, Tommy Colavito, Danny Cistone, Tyler Christopher, and Katie Mushlin. The New York City chapter of the 68 Cent Crew was founded on August 29, 2011, and is based at Tony Award Honored Drama Book Shop Inc.
In 1992, the theatre began an annual Nationwide Young Playwrights Festival, which has provided an outlet for the creative efforts of over 200 playwrights aged nineteen and younger. Notable alumni of the festival include Pulitzer Prize nominee and 2016 Tony winner for The Humans, Stephen Karam and Jake in Progress creator Austin Winsberg.

It produces plays in two theaters in Geffen Playhouse, which is owned by University of California Los Angeles. The Playhouse is located in the Westwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, California.
