Conroe Independent School District (CISD) is a school district in Montgomery County, Texas. The current superintendent has been Dr. Curtis Null since June 2018. [ 3 ] As of April 2024, Conroe ISD was the 9th largest school district in Texas and 60th largest in the United States.
Opened in the fall of 2005, it enrolls students from grades 9 to 12. The school operates on a seven-period day and, in some cases, offers zero- and eighth-hour periods before and after school, respectively. College Park is also home to the Conroe ISD Academy of Science and Technology, a science- and technology-based magnet program.

On November 3, 2015, voters within Conroe ISD's attendance zone voted in favor of a $487 million bond. Part of the bond package included the construction of a high school within the Oak Ridge High School feeder zone. [3] The new high school was included to reduce enrollment at Oak Ridge High School.
