    The ironclads of 1860 onwards should NOT be included with the ships-of-the-line. As mentioned elsewhere, the long tradition of sgips-of-the-line came to an end in (about) 1860. The battleship evolved out of the ironclad FRIGATE - the early ships like Warrior were in fact officially built and classified as frigates, never as ships-of-the-line.
