Ghilli (/ ɡ ɪ l l ɪ / transl. Gutsy) is a 2004 Indian Tamil-language sports action film [12] directed by Dharani and produced by A. M. Rathnam. It is a remake of the Telugu film Okkadu (2003), written and directed by Gunasekhar , with few changes made to the story.

Dharani (born V. C. Ramani) is a former Indian film director and screenwriter who primarily worked in Tamil cinema as well as directing one Telugu film. [ 1 ] [ 2 ] He is best known for directing the hat-trick action films, Dhill (2001), Dhool (2003), and Ghilli (2004).
