In 2019 Lopes started the FAI Cup final in which Rovers went on to win after defeating Dundalk on penalties winning the cup for the first time since 1987 and for a record 25th time. [4] In 2020 Lopes was key member to the Shamrock Rovers squad who won the League of Ireland title for a record 18th time.

In 2002–03 Shamrock Rovers became the first women's team to represent the Republic of Ireland in Europe, and in 2011–12 they were founder members of the Women's National League. In November 2022, it was confirmed that Shamrock Rovers would be re-entering the Women's National League for the 2023 season after a nine-year hiatus.
