Jamaica Observer is a daily newspaper published in Kingston, Jamaica. Barbara Gloudon. Barbara Joy Gloudon OD OJ IOJ ( née Goodison; 5 February 1935 [ 1] – 11 May 2022) was a Jamaican writer.
