One Pace is a fan project that recuts the One Piece anime in an attempt to make the anime's pacing more bearable. The team accomplishes this by removing filler scenes not present in the source material. This process requires meticulous editing and quality control to ensure seamless music and transitions. One Pace includes everything that’s in ...
Watch the Jaya arc (anime episodes 144-152) and the Skypiea arc (episodes 153-195) - episodes 153-160 can be skipped if you watch the 5 One Pace episodes instead, or you could watch the One Piece Kai version of Jaya and Skypiea. Filler Arc G8 196-206, though it’s filler, it’s very well done and worth watching, otherwise continue with One Pace.

While we are at it, when you should watch One Pace. TLDR 1. One Piece anime episode 1-325 up to Post Enies Lobby. 2. Switch to One Pace anywhere from Thriller Bark to the current arc. 3. Do whatever you want after you catch up. Except from butchering Long Ring Long Land arc, early One Piece anime is great, proper pacing and plenty good ...
So basically watch One Piece (with a filler guide), then switch to One Pace around 250. If you think the actual anime is too slow, and REALLY dislike the fillers that are a usual pedigree to any anime adaptation of a manga, sure. It's way faster paced than the actual show. For my money, I'm strictly anime-only.
Welcome to r/OnePiece, the community for Eiichiro Oda's manga and anime series One Piece. From the East Blue to the New World, anything related to the world of One Piece belongs here! If you've just set sail with the Straw Hat Pirates, be wary of spoilers on this subreddit!
However, One Pace is absolutely a gift to fans for the post-Time skip era. I still like the anime equally, mainly because of other Fansubs that add the awesome translations and attack fonts to them, but let me just say that I likely won't ever see the Reverie arc any other way.
One Pace ruined my experience. This is a long post, but if you're contemplating watching One Pace, I'd recommend you to read it first. I have this friend who's very enthusiastic about One Piece and has been convincing me to watch it since forever. He's always discussed it with me and we watched major fights together.
Wanted to make a guide on how to get through the entirety of One Piece with as little filler/stalling as possible. I have in this guide, listed episodes that are available on One Pace (linked in the guide) and the ones that aren't are listed to watch on Netflix (if you don't have Netflix just use w/e you do have the ep numbers should be the same).
One Pace came about when the anime started adapting less chapters per episode. Most anime usually adapt 2 or more chapters per episode and One Piece was the same until Thriller Bark. Beforehand, it's best to just watch the anime as is. But if you're at Impel Down already, I totally recommend One Pace.
