   If you want to use STP for traffic stops, launch the game, go to LSPDFR, then to keybindings, then find "Traffic Stop Interact" and remove the E key for another, or nothing at all. If you want to use the default traffic stop menu, change the ini file for STP and change the "stop ped" key from "E" to another.

   Mybea the problem is with some 3rd party siren/light mod. My guess is that you have some mod that changes traffic while having light in code 3. Something like this. Try uninstlling all mods except default lspdfr one.
