But, oh look, Delirium has transformed into Isaac. Mmmh, maybe Monstro has changed its state, and we can only use 3 or 8 on Isaac, and also we need to properly configure I1 and I2 according to the State, oh and don't forget that some values of I1 are forbidden depending on Isaac's health, and we may also need to set values in V1 because it is ...
I've only completed Delirium on a few characters so far and I've done it the same way on each. Book of Shadows + 4.5 volt + Book of Virtues/Lemegeton. I basically get indefinite invulnerability while my wisps deal a ton of contact damage. Whenever I've tried to fight Delirium without this combination of items, I always lose.
delirium is weird. his armour value is initially 0. every hit he takes increases it. this is different to how deployment works where the amount of dmage a boss takes increases how much their armour is deployed. not only does hitting delirium increase how deployed his scaling is, as normal, it also increases how much of an armour value he ...
I'm playing through as the Lost, and I can't decide what the best way to get to Delirium is. I can either go through Hush for 100% chance, or Mega Satan for a ~63% chance (counting all the portal opens since It Lives). The Hush is consistent with its portals, and it gives 2 treasure rooms + a shop. Mega Satan gives me 2 items from the bosses leading to it, and no shops. But, there are more ...
The new Delirium would take the form of a goopy white isaac, with yellow eyes, but would also have any cosmetics your base character started with (e.g judas' fez or maggy's wig/hair). This would allow for him to be easier or harder depending on the character you started with, as well as being a unique fight with every character, not making the ...

Is there a consistent way to beat delirium? I'm working on the lost and keeper, but every time I get there, he kills me with teleport bugs. Like multi-segment bosses stretching across the room and hitting me, or the boss straight-up teleporting on top of me.
I hate when Delirium is the last completion mark for a character. Do you rush for Hush? When do you slow down and hope for a void portal? It feels so random and luck based. Jacob and Esau to Delirium is the last completion mark I have left for the non-tainted characters. Any advice?
Delirium feels like a best of of all the characters and because of that i dont even care that there is no tainted Version. I also really like that all of the buddys you pick up look like Delirium as well, that the static TV effect happens when your character gets rerolled and that the character even has the Delirium death animation.
Ok let's talk about everyone's best friend Delirium. Delirum in essence is a white, gooey, living manifestation of Isaac's insanity (to isaac that is). It is the final boss in the Binding of Isaac Afterbith+ to give the true ending of the game. It is known to be one of the hardest bosses because of its unpredicable patterns and sometimes glitchiness but has one of the coolest soundtracks (in ...
