Bought one as a gift for Christmas…total junk and impossible to return. If you request a return they will offer 50% refund for you to keep, when you say no it goes to 65% then finally 85% refund to keep and not return. I chose this option and plan to donate or trash the dash cam.
I have Ddpai Mini 2 (cheaper from the other ones) from Amazon, had it since 2018 and it's been great! What I love about this besides the camera quality, wifi feature to download the videos/photos from the app is, its a cylinder shape and you can rotate it facing you to take a picture or record yourself without having to remove it from the mount itself or having a 2nd camera.

Last time I did research, I found that these 2 Viofos would essentially be the only ones that have equal video quality to my late 2016 Vantrue X2. I was pretty surprised since my old dash cam was just some random junk I bought when it was on sale; I didn't buy it for its image quality.
The only thing I could find is an article saying the requirement should go no higher than 32GB. I couldn’t find a manual for the dash cam so I wouldn’t know an answer to this problem is already in there. I know nothing about dash cams but if anyone could advice me on this it would be greatly appreciated🙌

So, I seek your recommendations. Ive considered things such as an Insta 360 dash cam, Garmin, or 2 GoPros. All seem like silly ideas and the end cost of greater than the $500 I spent on the Blackvue. Just I am not impressed by the Blackvue at all...
