MAYFIELD VILLAGE, originally part of Mayfield Twp., incorporated on 21 March 1921. It is located east of Cleveland, bounded by GATES MILLS on the east, MAYFIELD HTS. on the south, HIGHLAND HTS. on the west, and Willoughby Hills in Lake County on the north.
Mayfield Village Already a premier Northeast Ohio community, Mayfield Village continues to add programs and amenities, including the Greenway Trail, a new 2.5 mile all-purpose trail that links the town center to the library, village recreational facilities, public pool and the Cleveland Metroparks North Chagrin Reservation.
Mayfield Village is fortunate to have the North Chagrin Reservation of the Metroparks within its borders. Many residents find living in the Village attractive because of its green spaces and parks.
