I don't think comparing articles on the Free Republic and Dkos to articles on political parties is a fair comparison. Comparing the Free Republic article with the Dkos article is. (Comparing the Democratic Party article to the Republican Party article is a fair one as well, I believe.) I do agree with Bryan viz-a-viz the lead paragraph.
