Ecclesiastical province of Reims. The Archdiocese of Reims or Rheims (Latin: Archidiœcesis Remensis; French: Archidiocèse de Reims) is a Latin Church ecclesiastic territory or archdiocese of the Catholic Church in France. Erected as a diocese around 250 by Sixtus of Reims, the diocese was elevated to an archdiocese around 750.

[4] At the April 2017 reorganisation of the arrondissements of Marne, it gained two communes from the arrondissement of Châlons-en-Champagne, and it lost one commune to the arrondissement of Châlons-en-Champagne and 13 communes to the arrondissement of Épernay.
