Banff Sunshine Village (formerly Sunshine Village) is a ski resort in western Canada, located on the Continental Divide of the Canadian Rockies within Banff National Park in Alberta and Mount Assiniboine Provincial Park in British Columbia. It is one of three major ski resorts located in the Banff National Park. [3]

Since 1978 Ski Norquay has partnered with Ski Banff, Lake Louise, Sunshine to promote its activities. Ralph D. Scurfield (born March 1956) is the CEO, President, and majority shareholder of Sunshine Village Corporation. [1] The oldest of seven children of Ralph T. and Sonia Scurfield. Ralph and his brothers and sisters grew up in Calgary, Alberta. He is best known as the owner and operator of Banff's Sunshine Village Ski & Snowboard Resort. [2]
