East Sussex is a county in South East England. It is bordered by Kent to the north-east, West Sussex to the west, Surrey to the north and the English Channel to the south. Ockenden Manor has been operated by the Historic Sussex Hotels group since 1987. [ 1 ] [ 2 ] The building itself is a Grade II* listed Elizabethan era country manor, dating from 1520.
