The Chief Secretary Sindh (Urdu: معتمدِ اعلٰی سندھ), also referred to as CS Sindh, is the bureaucratic chief and highest-ranking official of the Government of Sindh. The position holder is usually a Grade-22 officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service .
