450 Lexington Avenue is a 38-story office building on Lexington Avenue, between East 44th and 45th Streets, in the East Midtown neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City. National Route 13 (Vietnamese: Quốc lộ 13) is a highway in southern Vietnam stretching from the northeastern outskirts of Ho Chi Minh City, the commercial centre and most populous region of the country, towards the border to Cambodia.
The site has a frontage of 140.42 ft (42.80 m) on Lexington Avenue, 145 ft (44 m) on 49th Street, and 40 ft (12 m) wide on 48th Street. [4] [5] 525 Lexington Avenue wraps around another building at the northeast corner of 48th Street and Lexington Avenue (which was completed around 2009), and it abuts a public plaza to the southeast.
