In the 2023 season, there are a total of 249 women's Division II soccer programs. Conference affiliations are current for the ongoing 2024 season.
The NCAA Division II Women's Soccer Championship is an American intercollegiate college soccer tournament conducted by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) to determine the Division II women's national champion. [1] The Division II Championship has been held annually since 1988.
In some sports, the NCAA only sponsors championships open to all member schools regardless of division, with examples including beach volleyball, fencing, rifle, and water polo. In men's and women's ice hockey and men's volleyball, the NCAA holds Division III championships, but does not hold a separate D-II championship.
Drury jumped four spots in the NCAA Division II women's soccer coaches poll and is now ranked 17th in the nation. The Panthers are 10-1-2 and 8-1 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference.
