On 19 April 2014 Adam Ant performed his former band Adam and the Ants' debut album Dirk Wears White Sox live in its entirety with a band including former Ants Dave Barbarossa (from the original album) and Leigh Gorman. This was released in 2015 as concert film Dirk Live At The Apollo.
AEG Live and CTS Eventim entered into a deal in June 2012 to buy the Hammersmith Apollo from the HMV Group. Following the acquisition, Eventim UK would play a major role in the ticketing of the venue, with the firms saying in a joint statement, "The Hammersmith Apollo will provide a complementary fit to both AEG and CTS's existing UK operations".

In a tweet in 2022, Tems announced that her debut studio album was scheduled for release in 2023. The album was delayed for unknown reasons with Tems teasing the album and instead releasing two singles "Me & U" and "Not an Angel", which marked her first solo music output since 2021 excluding her cover of Bob Marley's "No Woman, No Cry" for the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever soundtrack.

Before the Dawn was a concert residency by the English singer-songwriter Kate Bush in 2014 at the Hammersmith Apollo in London. The residency consisted of 22 dates, attended by almost 80,000 people. It was Bush's first series of live shows since The Tour of Life in 1979, which finished with three performances at the same venue.
