"Zombie" is a protest song by Irish alternative rock band the Cranberries. It was written by the lead singer, Dolores O'Riordan , about the young victims of a bombing in Warrington , England, during the Troubles in Northern Ireland .
The Cranberries reunited in 2009, [3] released Roses (2012), and went on a world tour. O'Riordan's other activities included appearing as a judge on RTÉ's The Voice of Ireland (2013–2014) and recording material with the trio D.A.R.K. (2014). The Cranberries' seventh album, Something Else (2017), was the last to be released during her lifetime.
The Cranberries rose to fame with their debut album, Everybody Else Is Doing It, So Why Can't We?, which became a commercial success and was certified Platinum in Australia, 2× platinum in Britain, and 5× platinum in the US. Their next studio album, No Need to Argue, gave them the hit single "Zombie" and was

Stars: The Best of 1992–2002 is a compilation album and DVD from the Irish band the Cranberries, released in 2002 by Island Records. Some of the tracks on the album are different versions of the songs provided in earlier albums. The album also contains two new tracks: "New New York" and "Stars".

"Free to Decide" is a song by Irish rock band the Cranberries, released as the second single from their third studio album, To the Faithful Departed (1996), on 1 July 1996. The song achieved minor chart success in Europe but became a top-10 hit in Canada, peaking at number two on the RPM 100 Hit Tracks chart.
