Jeffrey Alan Combs (born September 9, 1954) [1] is an American actor. He is best known for starring as Herbert West in the Re-Animator film series (1985–2003) and portraying multiple characters in the Star Trek universe, most notably the serially cloned character Weyoun and Brunt on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine (1994–1999), and Thy'lek Shran on Star Trek: Enterprise (2001–2005).
