"Stand Back" is a song by American singer-songwriter Stevie Nicks from her second solo studio album The Wild Heart (1983). The song was released as the lead single from the album in May 1983 and reached number five on the Billboard Hot 100 and number two on the Top Mainstream Rock Tracks chart in August of that year.

It was filmed for PBS's Soundstage, on September 25, 2007 at Grainger Studios in Chicago, Illinois and the episode aired on television in July 2008. Its release is also accompanied with the live album, The Soundstage Sessions.
