Cade, a native of Texas , earned his bachelor and medical degrees at the University of Texas , and became a professor of medicine and nephrology at the University of Florida .
Robert works with several professional societies and advisory boards. He is past-President of the Renal Physicians Association, [1] immediate past-Chair of the Board of Trustees for the National Kidney Foundation of Michigan, [2] and an active member of the American Society of Nephrology and the American Society of Transplantation, and a fellow of the American College of Physicians.
