Microsoft Outlook Account Settings screen. Confirm that the account type is POP and then click More Settings. Change Account screen in Microsoft Outlook.

When I look at an e-mail, however, the website suddenly refreshes itself automatically without my clicking on the "Refresh" page button, and I end up back at the Inbox without a message being read, which means I have to start all over again!
