Sengoku Basara: End of Judgement (Japanese: 戦国BASARA Judge End, Hepburn: Sengoku Basara Judge End) is an anime television series based on the Sengoku Basara games originally created by CAPCOM. It began airing on July 6, 2014 on NTV [ 2 ] and tells its own version of the story from the video game Sengoku Basara: Samurai Heroes .
Starting October 7, 2018 (episode 76) it now airs every Sunday at 5:30 PM JST. [6] The series is also being released in DVDs. [7] Viz Media licensed the series on March 23, 2017, to simulcast it on Hulu, and on Crunchyroll. [8] On April 21, 2020, it was announced that episode 155 and onward would be delayed due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. [9]
The series was followed by a second season directed by Kazuya Nomura, Sengoku Basara: Samurai Kings II, which began broadcast in July 2010; and a film, Sengoku Basara: The Last Party, which was released on June 4, 2011.
