The Puffing Billy Railway is a 2 ft 6 in (762 mm) narrow gauge heritage railway in the southern foothills of the Dandenong Ranges in Melbourne, Australia. The railway was one of the five narrow gauge lines of the Victorian Railways which opened around the beginning of the 20th century.
Puffing Billy Railway currently has former NAB AB s 2 and 4 in service as 26NAC and 24NB respectively, along with vans 2NC and 5NC. The Railway also has 3NC, 6NC, 8NB and 14NB awaiting restoration. [22] [23] 3NC was notable as one of the original Puffing Billy Preservation Society vehicles. [24]
