Keep in mind tread-life "warranties" assume the tires aren't retired until they are worn to 2/32" of remaining tread ( which is the legal minimum ). Which may be OK in the desert, but for rain 4/32" is a better threshold.

There are a few other tires, if they are available in the size you need that while technically still an all-season tire do better than most in snow and ice. I rotate my tires when I do oil changes and check/adjust the pressure at least every couple of months or so. I don't understand how the tires could've been 'shot' for anyone ...

All the tire calculators showed the 275/45/20 was a better match % wise compared to my original 245/50/20 tires. I’ve always been a fanboy for conti DWS tires since my ...

2017 MDX tires. Just purchased a used MDX in great condition... except for the tires. The worn tires on the vehicle are Continental Cross Contact LX Sport, which will cost me about $1000 to replace. Online I come up with a Bridgestone DriveGuard tire as compatible, and it has lots of good ratings.

  11. Does anyone has the Michelin-Defender LTX M/S on the MDX?

    www.mdxers.org/threads/does-anyone-has-the-michelin...

It depends on where you live and how you want to use your MDX. The Defender to me is more appropriate for light trucks and with light off road capabilities and reduced on-road refinement. Premier LTX is a newer tire for SUV and with better on-road performance (quieter, better braking in wet when aged).
